This process involves removing any obstructions and levelling the ground to create a solid foundation for the construction of the building. The site must also be checked for any potential hazards, such as underground utilities or environmental contamination, to ensure that the site is safe and suitable for construction.

Groundworks for car parks are similar, although they have some unique requirements. For example, car parks typically require a larger surface area for vehicle manoeuvring and parking, as well as proper drainage to prevent water from pooling. In addition, car parks must also be designed to accommodate the weight of vehicles and to meet local building codes and regulations.

We are also fully insured so if a third party becomes injured or their property damaged because of our work, it is our public liability insurance that will cover the costs of repairs, court cases, and any compensation that may be due. This is extremely rare and in fact never happened within our business, but we like to give our clients piece of mind.
